This service if free for small business that limit the scheduling for a week, for larger organisation there are monthly packages which offer all the available features.

This is a fantastic website and service which would normally cost much more for an inhouse solution or off the shelf software. It also runs off a drag and drop interface online so its ease of use will not put off those who are not so savvy with using a computer.
